Some John Muir Award applicants from Perth planted more trees last week at St Magdalene’s Hill. They were supplied by the McCash family, who grow them from acorns from street trees in Viewlands. They are the third group this year to lend a hand. We still have a few to plant, so if you know of a good spot in the Perth area, let us know. At least one or two of those planted last week should survive for centuries and be home to billions of creatures in their life time.
