Rough Glen Abernethy

Thanks to some wonderful weather at the weekend, our first Greenspace Volunteering session in the Rough Glen at Abernethy was a great success.

Along with our Ranger Susan Whyte, Volunteers cleared the way up the Rough Glen from Nurse Peattie’s Garden to the Glenfoot Road with the majority of Volunteers staying for the whole day.

As you can see from the pictures they’ve made a real difference, so a big ‘Thanks and well done!’ to all who came along. If you enjoyed it, please come back for more.

If you like the sound of it, like being active and want to make a worthwhile difference then watch this space as we’ll be running further sessions through the summer, with the next pencilled in for 4-6 weeks time.
